We are having a craftathon day on Sunday, Oct 11, 2009 at.

I want to thank those that came and brought food, goodies and helped make the day a success!!!
We had 19 in attendance this year, and we received $70.00 in donations, and made $118.00 in raffle tickets.

All they do for us, send some thing in for them as this is a very lonely time of year for them with Family and friends so far away.
GRANDMA'S PUMPKIN COOKIES
1
c. pumpkin
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
2 c. flour
2 tsp.
baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg
1/2
tsp. salt
Mix all ingredients well. Drop onto cookie sheet by spoon. Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minute
Let us also take some time this season and remember the Angles we lost over the year, and say a speacial prayer for their loved ones.
